For $10/mo, they do ALL the work for you. Whenever I have issues with my electric co, they do ALL of the talking. I just sit & interject if necessary. It's awesome. They find you the best rate & will break a contract if it's worth it. They are by far, the best $10 I spend each month.

This rating is for the service not the app, I was only with them for 4 months and after three the renewed my contract with the energy company to get me a "lower rate" which actually caused my rate to go up because the algorithm apparently only factors in the base cost per kWh and not the changes in delivery per kWh fees. When challenged to show how it was saving me money they first gave me a non-answer and then told me the information they provided me on costs from the initial contract was wrong

Energy Ogre does NOT respond to messages or let you know how their slow service works. I needed electric set up on a certain date and didn't hear from them for several days so I went ahead and set it up myself. Lo and behold they set up a different (more expensive) provider a day AFTER I needed. Don't waste your money on this nonsense
