Been using this app for years. Recently it offered $4.99 for a YEAR, so I accepted. My card on Google pay expired & now they are trying to charge me $9.99 a month. I keep getting notifications that my payment was unsuccessful. Used to pay $29.00 a year for a reserved #, but even though I paid for years with that #, 2nd line gave it away. I'm not paying you $9.99 a month. STOP trying to bill me. You can't hear voicemail or get access codes unless you pay the monthly fee

used to work perfectly. I havent used it in about a month. login just fine. my option when trying to text is "click in upper right corner " when I do it changes to screen with. magnifying glass and it changes to a screen to type a number. when I put a number there is no option to start typing a text. it does nothing. I hit the back arrow and it wants me to click the right corner again. its an endless loop. the only way I can text is to call the number first then it allows me to send a message.

I use the paid version of this app for work, and today I received a message saying that my account had suspicious activity. It made me take photos of my ID and myself, then after accepting them, kicked me off the app and will not allow me to log in! I get online and email them, leaving my info and asking for help, and they tell me to log into the app and submit a ticket 🤦🏼‍♀️ If I could get into the app, I wouldn't have an issue! I hope this gets fixed, or I am refunded quickly!
