Welcome to our new PB engage Mobile Banking app. We’ve completely redesigned PB engage to improve the user experience and simplify the transaction flow. Download the new PB engage and login instantly with your existing PBe User ID and password to enjoy the flexibility and convenience right at your fingertips.

New PB engage suite of services include:

Quick Access / Quick Balance
View your account balances and perform transactions up to RM 1,000 per day via Fingerprint / Touch ID or Face ID login

PB SecureSign
Easy and secured way to authenticate transactions by using biometric recognition or 6 digits SecurePIN.

Multilingual
Select your preferred app languages available in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Simplified.

Quick Balance
View your account balances via Fingerprint login.

Account Summary
View your full account summary/details in real-time.

DuitNow
Allow you to send funds instantly to your recipients via DuitNow ID (e.g. Mobile Number, NRIC, Passport Number, Army/Police ID or Business Registration Number) instead of banking account number.

Transfer
Perform real-time or future dated fund transfer to your favourite and other account using Intrabank, IBG or Instant Transfer services.

Payment
Perform real-time or future dated payment to your favourite and other Bills, Card or Loan/Financing accounts.

Prepaid Top-Up
Reload your prepaid mobile number on the go.

DuitNow QR
Pay participating DuitNow QR merchants by scanning their QR code. To activate, select your preferred account to be used for payments and set a daily payment limit.

Settings
Personalise your profile by uploading your own profile picture or setting a desired theme.
Allow to manage your own devices that activated with Quick Balance, DuitNow QR or to delink.

PB engage will seek permission for the following:
•Access to your fingerprint for Quick Balance and DuitNow QR authorisation.
•Access to your camera/photo for profile personalisation and DuitNow QR scanning.
•Access to your storage for profile personalisation and Device Binding.
•Access to your location for device authentication and security purposes.
•Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience to select your contacts when you perform either DuitNow or Prepaid Top-Up.

PB engage is available for Public Bank Berhad and Public Islamic Bank Berhad retail customers in Malaysia only.

I need to move to the new app but it needs confirmation which is the problem I am having because it seems like I can't approve a transaction, can't log in, can't even press anything on the app. I tap on the screen to log in and nothing happens. I tap on notification, nothing. I try to approve a transaction, also nothing. Nothing moves at all. What's happening?

Terrible app experience. Avoid installing the new all if you can. I can’t transfer money and now need to go to the branch just to activate SecureSign again. I already went through this when I set up this old app a few years ago. Each time the bank releases a new app, it forces you to go to a branch in person to reactivate SecureSign. If the bank keeps updating its app every few years, customers will have to make these trips repeatedly. Frustrating, and I’m ready to move to a different bank.

Dear Sir/Madam, The additional steps to activate PB SecureSign is part of our continuous efforts to safeguard your accounts. The cooling-off period provides buffer time for you to react early in the event of fraud. This is in line with the industry’s counter measures against fraud and scams.

Worse online banking app experience ever. Every change requires a push notification from PBe but the system forces me to use MyPBB. Drop down menu to change to use PB SecureSign on PC is unavailable and will only pop out after the PBe push notification menu has expired. Simple changes and transactions requires me to go through hoops and hurdles and it makes me feel like I am playing a game that is testing my patience
