I am changing my rating from a 4 to a 1 because of Ms. Wanda Borger , she called me directly and listened to what was going on and then worked on getting it fixed. She was kind and helpful and kept calling me back until she was sure I had the 2 cards I wanted. Thankyou very much Ms. Wanda and when my granddaughter gets her card and uses it without problems I'll give you a 5. Well here it is a week later and no card for my granddaughter AGAIN,WHAT I S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? I JUST WANT WHAT YOU SAID !!!!! I TRUSTED MS. WANNA HAD THIS UNDER CONTROL BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT!!
Just wanted to cancel card, I never really used it. So didn't think I needed it. The representative I spoke with was short and rude didn't give me a chance to make sure it was even cancelled when she just hung up. If I could give no stars I would.
Its easier to use the website than the app. App does most of what it claims. I can't lock the card from the app. Another problem is the app is not efficient or user-friendly. They should make it easier to see the current balance. Putting in password everytime is obnoxious. A person should not need to sign in to see the balance. If they insist on requiring it they should use PIN or fingerprint instead.
I love this this app. But my question is I have received a new card because I change my last name but when I login I see my old card number and not the new card. Do I uninstall the app and reuninstall?
Finally an update after a year. After a year of a worthless freezing app they come out with an update. I launched it and it didn't freeze. What took them so long?
False Advertisement BBVA charged me $4 plus plus Walmart another $4 Total of $8 to load card. CVS does not load card. Customer service is not helpful, unable to explain why this is happening, but not giving me back my money. 😿
