Ratings and reviews

Doesn't update reliably. It's very random when you can get a reading on the tank. Update: the only answer I've gotten from their support email was automated. No help. Bogus product with no support. Update#2 (March 13) giving 2 stars now because the new version of the app seems to work. Got my first tank update in 2 months. Time will tell, hopefully they fixed it. Update 3: they didn't fix it and can't. They rely on someone else's network (sigfox). Totally unreliable because of this. Avoid!

Bought one of their gas tank level monitoring devices. It worked for about 3 or 4 months. It still shows up as a Bluetooth device on my Android phone, but the Levelgas app refuses to see the device. Sent an email rrquesting support. No response. Save your money. Don't buy anything from these idiots!
