Effective for training any routine too Ever read the Aldous Huxley book "Island?" Parrots blurt out, "attention, here&now!" This app can be used like that. Drink more water, practice Alexander Technique, brain training, stroke or PT recovery exercises...put any new routine on a not-so-invasive cue. Awesome! (Would like it to have multi-cues, with different sounds possible for each purpose.)

Love it Simple and exactly what I needed. It would be nice if there was a way to keep track of when you actually acknowledge the alert. Like you can check off every instance of an awareness reminder.
This is much more reliable than similar apps I've found. Please add an option to select notification tone. I want to select a different sound for this app than default notification everything else uses.
