Can't communicate with my doc on this app. I have to wait until I get to a desktop or login on the website on my phone's browser. I just want to send her a note. Why even have an app if you can't do the same stuff as the website? Can't request a med refill. The login process is a pain because it flips me back to an empty login page rather than logging me in. (I've uninstalled, reinstalled and cleared the cache.) The only good things are the education and you can get your lab results.

The worst thing is you can't actually sign in at all if you use your password manager because it'll reset and go back to the start. Between having to give full permissions alive to alarm/clock services on my phone to work in the background fulltime for it to even work and an 'undefined undefined' as an account name for biometrics' it ain't pretty. Also the stuff that really matters like messaging your provider isn't even available in the app, you'll have to go to the web for that.

Does not work at all. I log in with my email and password, then give someone access to my data, and then a blue BayCare screen comes on and nothing else happens. Seems it hasn't worked in months. I miss MyChart from when I lived in Tampa and went to USF Health. Update: App won't scroll to pick from the available times. 🤦🏼‍♂️
