About this app

The My Mercy Health mobile app is a patient portal that helps you take control of your health with free, personalized and secure 24/7 access to your health care. Provided by Mercy Health, a Catholic health care ministry serving Ohio and Kentucky, our app allows you to view your health record, find doctors and locations, refill prescriptions, manage appointments, check test results and much more.

'My Mercy Health' is just one of the ways we’re working to make health care easier for our patients and to make lives better — mind, body and spirit.

Find a Doctor, Clinic or Hospital
Search for Mercy Health providers and care sites near you at one of our hundreds of locations across Ohio and Kentucky. Our Find a Doctor tool helps match you with the providers that best fit your needs based on where you are and the preferences you set. Plus, easily find locations and get directions — whether you’re looking for a new primary care office or the nearest Emergency Department.

Schedule Appointments
Book an appointment for routine care, sick visits and other health care needs with your existing Mercy Health care team or with a new provider. You can browse your doctor’s availability and schedule a time that works for you. Manage your upcoming appointments and review notes from past appointments with the touch of a button.

Receive Same-Day Virtual Care
Submit an Evisit for many common health ailments to receive diagnosis and recommended treatment within one business day. If virtual care isn’t for you, easily locate walk-in or urgent care sites to receive immediate care for non-emergent health issues.

View Medical History
Once you’ve connected to your Mercy Health patient account through MyChart, you will be able to see your latest test results and immunization records, manage your allergies list and complete outstanding health actions as directed by your care team.

Manage Your Prescriptions
The My Mercy Health mobile app makes it easier than ever to refill a prescription from your medications. Scroll through your active prescriptions and request to add new or remove medications that you’re no longer taking from your health record.

Send Messages
Communicate with your Mercy Health providers through messaging. Send your doctor a follow up question from your latest visit, ask for non-urgent medical advice or request a medication refill. Messages between you and your provider are conveniently and securely accessible in the app.

Pay Your Mercy Health Bill
View your current bills and payment history for care received at Mercy Health facilities. You can easily find outstanding balances from doctor and hospital visits and make a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment plan that fits your financial needs.

Maintain Your Personal Information
Keep your insurance up-to-date by reviewing the coverage on file and adding new policies or subscriber details. Also manage your subscription and content preferences to receive personalized news and updates from Mercy Health — within the My Mercy Health mobile app and via other channels.

Connect Your Medical Record
In order to access features of the app related to your care at Mercy Health, you’ll be asked to connect your patient record by providing your Social Security Number or MyChart username & password one time upon account registration — but don’t worry if you’re new to Mercy Health, an existing MyChart account is not required and you can get connected when you book your first appointment.

UPDATE- Installed the updated version and still unable to see anything. Does the same exact thing when I click on a tab. Closes out of the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. App was working just fine until the update! I'm unable to see test results, appointments, messages from my providers and my billing. It crashes and closes out everytime I click on one of the tabs. It's frustrating, annoying and highly Inconvenient while trying to access my information.

Usually, this app works fine, but I haven't been able to access my information for the past month. It will open briefly, but as soon as I try to access any information, it abruptly closes and makes me sign in again, only to close again. I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone, but nothing is working. My phone tells me the app is bugged and needs to be updated when an update is made available. Please fix this!

I have been able to get into the app just fine for months. Recently, there is a bug in the app. I am trying to see my appointments and test results (which are very important) and the app closes when I click on these items. I am very disappointed because I didn't have an issue with the other app. Frustrated. I uninstalled and installed and still nothing

What's new

This release of My Mercy Health includes performance improvements.

Users who have not installed version 3.0.0 or higher will need to set a new password and re-connect their medical record one time.
