The app is accurate, but displays data in your phone memory (cache). Real time data is extremely slow, sometimes lagging behind several minutes. Some data (like state of charge isnt updated until you view the batteries directly. Most settings of your system are not available, which are controlled by Enphase remotely (India). This fact is not disclosed, even after you pay $97,000 for a system. EDIT 6-1-26 : Reduced to 1 star. Your system can be handicapped via software. Do not buy enphase.

Only occasionally does Live Status work. To have that info on it's own tab instead of opening thru another window would be nice. You don't know what your system is doing at any time even though it says it's running normally. All that happens is it says unable to connect to the gateway, please try later. Even though it's not critical it's frustrating not to see it what's going on with it when the options are right there. The different colors for the different system components are pretty though.

Minimal at best. Reports to Enlighten every half hour or so but only refreshes the info in the app once or twice a day. No real-time readings. Maybe I misunderstood setup but so far I am unimpressed. app is no better years later. takes forever to refresh and I mean forever. days even. okay, okay, give credit when credit is due. Enphases support is decent. I suggest calling during normal business hours, the after hours support is less than excellent.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. If the Gateway uses cellular, data may update about every 6 hours; with Wi-Fi/Ethernet, updates usually occur every 15 minutes.
