There is a problem plaguing the system. It's new functionality that Enphase introduced a few months ago that overrides your "storm guard: off" setting when they think a weather event is "critical". Thing is, their severity has rarely been accurate, but even if it were, it's a bait and switch in functionality (relative to when I installed the system), loss of control by users over their hardware, and is causing users like me economic loss and unnecessary stress. "Support" not helping.

Really enjoy this app there are a couple of minor issues though. The notifications don't work. If grid power is lost or other situations occur, the system should send emails or text, but this isn't working. Also, there's no notification when a system software update occurs, which kicks us off grid power. At times, it takes multiple attempts to connect. But I really recommend Enphase Solar and home backup, really good product!!!

Nice, clean app. Love the ability to see both historic as well as live usage data. Still exploring some of the features, but each new item I discover is a pleasant surprise! We recently integrated a generator and the support Enphase provided was impressive and appreciated. Very pleased with how the app allows flexible control.
