Half the time I try to login, the app crashes. Usually have to delete and re-download but recently that doesn't work anymore

This app and program is trash hard to use and terrible platform. They should use brightwheel or a simmilar app simple and easy to use for child care. This company must have been the lowest bidder for my childs school district.

Got charged as fast and as easy as possible, but I can not request a refund or delete my account from their database. What kind of service is this?
