Arbitrarily locks you out. Infrequent and twice so far but a repeat nonetheless, requiring telephone contact with rather curt representative(s) for a reset.

I absolutely DESPISE this app!! It is the worst app I've ever used. It is so slow to load once you put in your information. I have to restart my phone several times to get it to stop loading. I've uninstaller & reinstalled this app but I still have the same problem I can't get into it or sometimes when I finally get into it & I can't add a visitor then I have to logout & try again. I would give this app ZERO stars if that was possible!
