Ratings and reviews

The pairing process is nearly opaque. The app says something about following a chord to connect to the guitar, which is not how it works. When trying to connect to the guitar, the "Connect" button in the app is covered by another element. The thinnest edge of the button is barely accessible. Also, there's a "Buy" button that isn't in the Quick Guide. This looks odd. If you're trying to connect, you've already bought the product! Things could be written more clearly. Love the instrument!

Clunky and unresponsive. Dragging EQ bars often doesn't work. The effects are subpar and most sound the same (like Echo and Chorus). It's impossible to get a clean tone, it all has some kind of Echo effect. It often doesn't remember custom presets especially attempting to get a clean sound. The amplified sound volume is very low. It's almost the same volume as the guitar without the power turned on. Playing with the EQ to increase the volume can result in hideous feedback.

Love my NexG2 with mic for family parties etc! Please consider adding some more effects like piano sound! Also ability for the app to save your own sound profiles. I can only see them on the guitar and if I load a system one in that spot my own is gone forever. Id like to be able to save my own in the app to restore later to the guitar if wanted.
