stuck on loading screen. I wanted a view of my yearly spend and statements but website forced loading of app to see them. only to find the App is stuck loading. I don't appreciated being forced in to downloading an app to see statements, when it is easy to put on the website. What else are you using the app for? data exchange with third parties? why would it benefit you to force this app on your customers?

Very poor app. E.on should look at other suppliers apps (octopus etc) and copy how they do things. We have a smart meter yet for some reason there is no live usage data. You can only see the total used per day, rather than granular times, so figuring out where things might be costing you money is impossible. It also takes a day or two for the data to actually come through to the app?! There are so many things lacking, honestly, it's woeful.

added some average data that's useless also some other useless stuff. please restore the old app as it's much better. then I'll put it back to 5 star's. I've upgraded the app to a 5 as they have added "at a glance" totals per day. Much more informative than just an average per 28 day's
