App is unusable. You can't register with passport at all. It'll take you to the OTP screen and then say "MyKad/MyPR image is not clear" even though it was able to scan perfectly fine in the previous page. EDIT: after contacting the support as they mentioned in their response to this review, I am now able to register and login. UI is stretching beyond the phone screen but otherwise good customer support.

Include: EPF No, phone no, telco, OS type, device model & app version. Keep a screenshot for reference.

I'm experiencing problem with the selfie verification for e-KYC. It's incredibly frustrating. Other apps have seamless e-KYC processes, but this one consistently fails after multiple attempts. Comparing a current selfie to an old IC photo, especially when asked to smile, is a flawed approach. They should implement a more reliable method, like a short video verification, instead of this broken single-selfie system.

Selfie verification for e-KYC doesn't work (KWSP i-Akaun is the first app that fails me ever, other apps' e-KYC always successful). Pointless asking us to smile during selfie and compare with IC photo of course they're different. Please refer to other apps' e-KYC that are more reliable, such as taking video turning head (instead of a single selfie, and fails us after 3 attempts without any reason).
