Frustrating you can't permanently unblind your password, and that you're asked to okay notifications every single login. The VoIP phone out feature is interesting, but has some major issues. First, the app kicks you out in the middle of calls, which is ridiculous. Sometimes the call goes dead and sometimes not. Also, when making multiple calls in succession, the audio switches from my headset to the phone and has to be reset a lot. 11.3 no VOIP at all.

Newest update removed ability to search for patients making the app essentially useless. Please bring back that feature for a higher rating. Edit: Increasing rating from 1 to 3 stars for bringing search back. Still very buggy and requires multiple sign in attempts to go in and then crashes a lot but you can tell the developers are making improvements! If they can fix the sign in bugs and make the handoff section editable on mobile then they got a winning app.

Epic should honestly be ashamed of this product. I've been using epic on computers since about 2014 and Haiku on various phones for several years. I realize that many vendors release the latest changes on iOS versions of the app, but epic has been extremely negligent of android users. In this industry it simply isn't acceptable. My iOS counterparts have features and updates 1yr + from when I see the same/similar updates/functionality. (Not every feature though, so they clearly pick and choose)
