Would be even better if one could navigate back to their previous page as opposed to starting over and over again. If several locations are listed for a specialty and the location I chose has no appointments, I should be able to go back to the previous page where other locations are listed and choose another.

I use to be able to log in with my biometrics. All of a sudden the biometric feature does not work. For some reason when I try to scan my biometric, the app keeps giving me an error message. I tried troubleshooting through my Samsung pass,but the app is not there. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it and still get the same error message.

I have gotten accustomed to using the application. It's clear to understand, but for the elderly that are not savvy, it can be complicated. Appointments, cancelations, sending and receiving messages is very easy. I can easily navigate things for my mom through this application.
