try to pay maintenance with apps, using ewallet, 2 min expired before manage to pay, this payment become Pending and can't pay via phone, or web. too bad the lowest can gorge is 1 star. this apps taught me, there no worst, just getting worse and worse.

Hi Chin Luh, thank you for reaching out. If a payment has expired, it may remain in a pending state until the system auto-resets it. In this case, you can also send a request to your management to manually reset it to retry the payment sooner.

The ebilling for credit card never able make through the process, either hit error using Gpay, or manual enter credit cards information. Which is worst compared previous version

Worse after update. Unable to make a simple payment. Tried, credit card, Google pay, e wallet & even bank transfers only from 1 bank. Useless
