I have been using Fi.Money for about a year now, as a happy customer, using it for my primary salary account. Out of the blue today they suddenly call me and tell me my account has been flagged for closure by the investigations team, without any reason given (they said: It is a problem with my KYC or with my transactions, which is pretty much anything). There is no option to redeem whatever problem they may have found. I'm sorry Fi, but this is not acceptable. Please stay away from Fi.

I'm unable to log in my account. When, i am trying to login it say's token is not valid and after sometime it say's ( uh oh! our services are down please try after some time). I'm facing this issue since 3 week's and, i also tried to talk with customer support and they are doing nothing and just say's wait for some time, it will fix automatically. I'm very disappointed with this app. It's completely opposite from my expectation.

I have taken loan amount of 7500 disbursed 7000 paying 8500 for three months, okay fine, i missed second installment due to financial crisis I have delayed the payment for two days only, they added 710 rupees late payment fee, tried to reach out customer support, very lazy and unable to solve my issue, really very disappointed. also if you want to pay manually you can't pay at all also you can't close the loan anytime you want,don't try at all, thanks.
