The app experience is nice on my phone and Chromebook. But, on my Chromecast if another story. I can not fix the display resolution. It's acting like my 4k TV is 1080 or 720. All the icons are way oversized and doesn't display the full layout. Scrolling is painfully slow and jumpy. This is a recent issue since the last update.

Does it work? Yes....but does it work well? No. One really ridiculous thing is that the app doesn't remember where I've stopped watching a movie so i have remember & manually forward to it. Update (Jan 2023) - They fixed the crashing & network connection error shortly after my review, so I have updated that section. However, over 4 years later, the app still does not remember where I left off watching a downloaded movie. Crazy...

Update: Yay! Chromecast option works great now! You guys made quick work of that bug! Thanks! Original post: It has the option to cast using Chromecast, but then it just shows the movie rating (PG, etc.) and swaps back to the Epix logo. It plays on my phone, but who wants to watch a movie on their phone, really? Two stars because there are so good movies available. Lame the Chromecast feature doesn't work.
