Ratings and reviews

This app frequently crashes despite a recent upgrade to resolve this issue. It is virtually worthless when I need it to work. Update 9/13/2022: This app is still useless most of the time. If I were not required to use it for work, I would delete and never look back. Update 4/8/2023: just uploaded the latest update. Needless to say, app still freezes, can't pull up a chat or start a new one. Looking over other reviews, it is obviously not just my phone.

Awful app. It rarely works correctly. You'll get a notification that you have a message and then it will take hours to show up in your message list. Other times you won't get notifications for messages at all. Can't use emojis or anything else to help convey tone. Mine doesn't automatically capitalize which is a minor yet rather irritating inconvenience. There are other issues too but I feel like what I've stated is more than enough. Quite honestly despise this app.

You have to sign back in and set a new PIN every single time you open the app. She you can't release the last 6 PINs, so it's impossible to remember the PIN anyway. But I don't want to have to do that just to get work messages consistently.
