Taking Epowar Journeys:

- When you start a Journey in the app, Epowar will notify your friends and share your live location.
- If you have a compatible Wear OS watch, you can connect it to the app for automatic attack detection on your Journeys.
- While on a Journey, you can alert your friends by pressing our SOS button, which is even accessible from your lock screen.
- In SOS mode, Epowar will instantly alert your emergency contacts, record evidence and store it in the cloud. We use a ‘Critical Alert’ to reach your friends, so they will be notified even if their phone is in ‘do not disturb’ mode.
- When you reach your destination, Epowar reminds you to end your Journey, which notifies your friends that you have arrived safely.

Tracking your friend’s Journeys:

- When your friend shares their Epowar Journey with you, you can view their real-time Journey progress and live location in the Epowar app.
- If Epowar detects that your friend is in trouble, we will alert you straight away with a loud alert.
- If your friend alerted you in an emergency and they are unable to review the evidence recorded during their emergency themselves, you will be able to request evidence on this Journey, including GPS data and audio recordings.
- No need to check-in. With Epowar, you'll automatically be notified when your friend sets off for a Journey and when they arrive safely.
