I love Deal Extreme, however, the app is not good. Many options make the the app switch to the web version of that option. That makes it hard to navigate through these options since the layout is too small for a phone screen and it's not possible to zoom in. That makes me finding it easier to just use Chrome to use DX.

AVOID DX ... Ordered a product that showed "in stock", did not receive it for a few weeks. Checked DealExtreme, they showed it out of stock. Contacted them, no support. Waited a month to get item to shipped status. Then item is delivered while we are away. They will not redirect to another address, so item is held. We try to pick it up when we get back, but item is now lost. DealExtreme refuses to refund. Opened a complaint with credit card company, still waiting for money back 4 months later.

On the app I can select supersaver shipping which is free 7-10 day delivery to Ireland and tracking is provided. On desktop version, supersaver shows no tracking. ALL my favourites had 7-10 day delivery, standart shipping. That's why I added them to my favourites. Days later, app is displaying (supersaver, 7-10 day delivery) I can go to check out with supersaver option. Won't let me, (province is error), which is not. desktop site delivery times changed to 7-18 days also. What is happening DX?
