Didn't receive my order, impossible to reach costumer service. No where to contact. Feels almost like a scam
The polices are irrelevent and late processing , no proper cimmunication , no faq properly, and not related, coustemercare no's not working sending damage oroducts.. dont use dx... worst service
I am unable to track my order and also I am not getting any update on the shipping in the app. There is no system to track order as it says "sorry tracking info has not been updated yet" I ordered on 4th April and its been almost 15 days but haven't got any update on my order.
It's been over two month and I haven't received my order, and this app does not make it easy to communicate with suppliers, I'm not even sure on how to contact them for my order. #pissed
Broken product received i paid for expedite shipping still its late and no charger and accessories in box sealed opened. Please refund my amount as product is dead on arrival.
This app doesnt let you track your orders when you checkout as guest and then it doent give any order on time
