Skaoot is a travel assistant that turns your booking confirmation emails into one clear travel itinerary — and surfaces the detail you need exactly when you need it.

Your itinerary usually lives in a dozen emails that know nothing about each other: flight confirmations, hotel and apartment bookings, a rebooked flight in a separate thread. Skaoot reads each booking confirmation, links it to the rest of your trip, and builds one timeline you can trust — kept right when plans change.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Forward a booking confirmation for a flight, hotel, or apartment to your Skaoot address.
2. Skaoot reads the booking, links it to your other bookings, and places it on one chronological timeline. Updates merge in automatically — no duplicate trips, nothing lost.
3. The right detail finds you: the door code when you arrive, drive time when you land, the gate change the moment it happens.

Every flight and stay on a single timeline, in the order things happen. Skaoot is a trip organizer and travel planner in one — no manual entry, nothing to dig for.

LIVE FLIGHT TRACKING
Skaoot watches your flights and notifies you the moment a gate or terminal changes, a flight is delayed, or status flips to boarding, departed, or landed. One flight becomes up to twelve clear events, from online check-in to baggage claim. Quiet by default, loud only when something real changes.

ACCOMMODATION, ALREADY FILLED IN
Forward a hotel or apartment booking and Skaoot pulls the address, check-in time, door code, WiFi, and amenities from the listing. Land late and everything is already waiting on your timeline.

PLANS CHANGE — YOUR ITINERARY KEEPS UP
Rebooked, rescheduled, cancelled, replaced: Skaoot merges every change into the existing booking. No duplicate trips, no stale details.

Because Skaoot knows where you are staying, it shows drive time to the door when you land and reminds you when to leave for the airport based on real travel time — not a generic buffer.
