Ratings and reviews

The app works but it's WAY slower on Android than it is on Apple. I tested on a few devices even my Pixel 9a and scanning documents was about 3-4 times slower than on my iPad. It's painful and there is no reason for it! I'm sick of apps and services working better on Apple products when there is no reason for it. The printer is doing the work, not the phone! They are on the same network and everything.

We're still learning, haven't had a new printer in over 10 years, so we're doing a lot of unlearning and learning on some good so far easy on the user Printer. We had an HP for years, and I feel like it was similar to an oil change, every 3 months or 3000 miles, seemed like we had to purchase ink cartridges more often than we used them. 🤔

pretty simple to use, I just wish they had something that connects the printer to my phone as the default printer so I don't always have to open up the app to print something. half the time the communication between my phone, the app and the printer fail And I have to set up the printer all over again which is super frustrating.
