It is very easy to use and much more convenient than even the preloaded print option I always thought was the way to print but no, of course, of coarse there are other options to that. And this one is cool because with this app you can easily choose black and white and double-sided or multiple prints on the same sheet. It helps save on ink/toner I would always cringe and hesitate when I needed to print something. This makes things easier to accept and accomplish.

For the price you really can't go wrong. My only issues which is the main reason I brought this. Is that once I scan a photo and save it on my Google phone. I try to upload the image on ebay but it won't show up. I don't know if it's the way in saving it or data transfer. Other than that works great. Wish there was a technical support or video I can watch that will help me

A huge help during setup. As a software developer I must say the developers and UX designers of this app have done a great job. The printer setup for the ET-3830 is quite involved but this app made it a lot simpler. A hiccup - a firmware upgrade was required and at that point the desktop app failed the first time, probably because I tried printing a test page first as it suggested, but worked later after I followed the prompts on the printer. The mobile app said nothing, so that should be fixed.
