Ratings and reviews

Don't be fooled by the good reviews, many of them are likely fake. This app is not easy to use at all, in fact I am still not able to connect to my printer. When I try to connect via WiFi, the app can't find the printer, if I then try to set it up via the app, the printer is detected but it tells me WiFi ist Setup already, sending me back to the beginning. Also for some reason the setup assistant is a chat interface, which is very annoying to use compared to a normal manual

Worst app ever, and not only for printing; I mean it's the worst app I've ever used. It takes forever to load anything, 9 times out of 10 it doesn't connect to the printer, and when it finally connects, it's so difficult to print anything. If I have to print more than one thing, I can't select them all and print them at once; I have to do it one by one. Every time one print job is over, the app resets, and I have to search through all my files again and remember which ones I've already printed.

The application is clunky and has an awful UI/UX. Same with the desktop app. Since my printer (XP-2155) sucks big time and forgets the wifi password every time I restart it, I deal very often with both the mobile and the desktop app. The fact that Epson after producing printers for maybe 20 years still hasn't found a reliable and understandable way to configure them is appalling.
