The set up was stupid - it took far too many attempts to download apps and false-starts just to try to get the computer to be able to scan from the printer. Yes, ink bottles are better, no, they have not worked into the instructions the obvious questions one would ask along the way to ensure they were on the right path. THAT IS, WHEN YOU WANT TO KNOW AN ANSWER SO YOU KNOW WHICH OF THE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE, THERE IS NO EXPLANATION AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT. I had to try everyth just to make it work
