alQibla provides you with an easy tool to precisely determine the direction of qibla from any location around the world and calculate the prayer times for your city.

Features:

1. Prayer Times based on your calculation method & location (detects automatically and allows searching too).

2. Prayer Times Notifications based for all prayers including one for before Fajr.

3. Notifications can have different Adhan for each prayer.

4. Hijri Islamic calendar.

5. It uses location provider services to determine your location and gives you the direction to Qibla on a Google Map and and Compass.

6. It also allows you to find Prayer Times for the following calculation methods:

Ja'fari Ithna Asheri
University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi
Islamic society of North America (ISNA)
Muslim World League (MWL)
Umm al-Qura, Makkah
Egyptian General Authority of Survey
Institute of Geophysics, University of Tehran

7. Prayer times tuner to make adjustments and share monthly prayer timetable with your friends/family/relatives.

Requirements:

1. Android 2.2+ installed with Location Provider turned ON.
2. Also requires either a WiFi or a 3G network to load the map tiles.
3. For prayer time adhan notifications it requires services running in the background.

I've been using the app's earliest version in IOS and it was the best, in fact I had purchased it. Now with the new update which was almost 5 years ago, it doesn't work well any longer; Notification does not push in both andriod and IOS; The location sometimes need to be refresh to accurately update; and no matter what troubleshooting I did the app does notification does not work at all regardless of countless of settings in the app and in the phone. I hope this will be fixed by new updates...

Was a good app now it's rubbish! Before the locating of the Qibla worked very good now with newer version of Android doesn't work at all! And I can't believe the developers never updated the app to work with the newer version of Android! Sadly had to uninstall it!

It can not detect my location ! I tried to reinstall it again . No luck! Also when I chose the location manualy. I got an error messag. Please fix it!
