After logging in to our account and then clicking on credit report or credit report trending we get forced logged off with error saying try again later. What is later? This has been happening for a month now!!!! Previously the application worked just fine but now it does not. We contacted Equifax support but they did not have a resolution for this. So is the Application supported or NOT ? Everyone wants applications for their cell phones but no one wants to address issues with the applications.
Won't Show Member Alerts I have Equifax's Family Plan. When I am notified of alerts to our family's credit reports, I can only view the alerts for other family members but not the alerts on my own credit and I am the primary member. I have notified Equifax of this issue at least twice and they have failed to correct the issue and their customer service doesn't seem to care. I suggest people look at products from their competition.
Cannot View Negative Score Impact Accounts. How can someone fix or clear up a negative impact on your score if you cannot view it? How can one pay or resolve and account one cannot see? This app is garbage. Just shows you the score and tracks your score from the day you sign up. I recommend to others... choose a more helpful in depth app.
Hard to update I paid $16/mo to get daily info. It doesn't automatically update and doing it manually is difficult. If your okay with weekly updates, credit karma is much easier and free.
App isn't much help at all! Gives alerts when changes have occurred to your creditors' accounts, but that's as far as this app functionality goes.
Was working really well... Now it doesn't let me update my score through the app. I can only view my old/current score.
