I downloaded the app, it got crashed when i tried to register using gmail. Then closed the app and re-opened it and clicked on manage contacts. It took more than 10 mins to import 20 contacts after import it got crashed again. Also schedule campaign are not working as expected it always triggers at wrong time and send to wrong contacts.

I am in an unlimited subscription for one month already, have only used a couple times. Never works as intended. Now it's giving the error" you have run out of your free 500 text" but I have unlimited. No one ever answers are customer service. They never return emails. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I purchased today but the app keeps giving error "you have used 500 free text" I paid for unlimited and can not use. Customer service never answers phone and no one ever calls you back. I have been using 4 years and there are always glitches and no customer service. I gave one star for the horrendous customer service. I understand there can be glitches, but they do not take any care to help the customer. Now the company has blocked my phone number when I call for leaving a bad review.Lol
