Recently, every time I use the app I have to "verify device via phone call"...it's a MOBILE APP, of course I'm using it from my cell phone! I unlock my phone with my fingerprint, click on the app, enter a username, enter a password, and now I gotta verify it's really me using my phone after all that?? I get protecting their clients but this has pretty much made the app obsolete. Might as well log in via your web browser. Would be faster.

Difficulties updating password every time it requires a change! I must call the bank every blasted time to be able to update the password with their link. No fingerprint or facial recognition ability. Does not show real time balance. This app lags WAY behind the app for my other bank.
