A Great App! It just needs a couple of bugs worked out. I love being able to deposit checks with my mobile phone and my checking/debit account transactions are always up to date. Bill paying is a snap. After receiving a successful sync indication, my credit card account transactions, including my Equity Bank CC, are very rarely posted. The available balances are usually correct (within 24-36 hours). This is where your app needs some work.
Can't login with business account No mobile access for business accounts so it's a completely useless app for me. Will update rating when they actually support all of their customers on the mobile platform.
Way to slow. This app may be why I decide to change banks. It is VERY slow to update. The old app updated my account instantly. This one takes 3 to 4 minutes at times.
Functional It can be a little slow at times, but it lets me check my account with a minimum amount of trouble.
Easy to use So easy to use and it has everything I need. I do alot of out of state banking and have never has a problem. This app update is great! Excellent!
