Worst app, courier came and checking the phone is not professional, actually no skill at all. Told to download the app in the unit but cannot download n cancel the appointment. But when I myself check the phone again, I can download the app easily. Then the courier still cannot do their works, still saying I must make the appointment again from the start. Really troublesome.

Very bad experience. 1). CS contacted me through WA said that my pick up details have not been captured (even thou i had successfully inputted my details location for sure). 2) at th end CS said that she helped me to input and provided a screen capture of what i've inputted my details and worse was she even didn't ask for my adress at all. 3) Courier came and said that my HP couldn't be processed not recognized through his barcode, evn thou throu the app my HP was estimated already. Don't use it

The price given on the web is very different when the courrier input in the system. The final offer price was only half from the website for me. Not worth trying just a waste of time
