About this app

The Dream Machine allows everyone to travel in different states of consciousness hitherto inaccessible, to probe, explore, modify the content and structure of their inner experience. This exploration can be recreational, to play with daydreams, perceptions, emotions, or to actively help with personal development. It can also almost instantly induce new experiences, such as a deep meditative state, peaceful sleep, hyperarousal, mindful concentration, etc.

Love the lamp, but the app needs some work. Every time I start the app, it tries to update the sessions, but the update has never once completed successfully. It goes extremely slow until eventually timing out and failing. I have to uninstall and reinstall the whole app to get the current session list. Also, as someone who uses the lamp for personal scientific experiments on cognitive function, it would be very helpful if the frequencies/hz could be listed for each session, or choose your own

I would rather excited to try this until I realized it requires the app be given permission to search, connect to, and know the relative position of other devices in your home. ?!?!? I can see no reason why this would be necessary and none was given in the app. This seems like an invasion of privacy to me.

awesome device and technology. Connection issues between the device and the app could use improvement. I would add another star if the app had solo sustained brainwave programs alpha through gamma
