On Aug 2nd, we were provided new debit cards. I had several incidents trying to make payments and transfers with this card. I contacted customer support and was pretty much told I have to use other payment options. Not cool, you are our credit union. We shouldn't have to go through issues like this. Please update these cards or go back to the old cards.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. I had to change my password with every use. I would not except my new password immediately after changing it. Wasted so much time just to look at my balances.

why fix something that isn't broken. I could pay my loan on the app and my credit card. For safety measures you changed the whole system for credit cards and it will be my first time missing a payment because the website says seems like there is an issue on our end. WELL FIX IT
