Ratings and reviews

First of all, the insurance is amazing. I love them. The app is no bueno and the website is not much better. When the app works, it works. Unfortunately, more often than not the app logs you in and then returns an error. Also, nothing is stored locally so when you're in an accident in the middle of nowhere then you're SOL trying to share your insurance info; Take screenshots of your ID card just in case.

Feedback 8/22/2023 - The app crashing issues are resolved from what I can tell! The only issue currently is that we are unable to set up autopay via the app. I am very forgetful and easily can miss an email and this has resulted in cancelled policy once that required a call to resolve. Autopay should be found easily and policy holders should be invited to set up autopay when making a payment.

App was always just okay. However, for two months, it has displayed the following message upon trying to log in: "We're sorry. An unexpected error has occurred. Please restart the app and try again." I have tried that multiple times. I deleted and redownload. I cleared my the cache. Then I emailed customer service, who said to try all that. I did again, to no avail. I called Customer Service, who told me to do all those things. I did. Again. Nothing changed. So, my account has been noted.
