Neither app or website work anymore. I used to have a great experience on both, and was able to use fingerprint to login to app already. Unsure what update was pushed with multifactor, but nothing works anymore. It's a continuous loop of login attempts telling me I need to set up biometrics (again) but not letting me login until I do. Please fix this!!! It's renewal time and I cant stay with a company that doesn't allow me to easily access my information.

It's good but it could be better. I wish I could take screenshots in the app. I don't understand why that would be disabled. My bank apps allow me to so I don't see anything security wise that would be more sensitive to not allow it. I also wish autopay was an option and I HATE that there is now a 3% charge to use a credit card when there wasn't up until this year.

10/19/25 Great🫤...after spending 15 minutes having to update the app, update my 2FA (which I already had set up), change my password, just to try to pay my bill... I get "Sorry, something went wrong. Try later". Do y'all have objections to getting paid?3/11/26 - I swear they're trying to get people to go back to putting a check in the mail! My "wallet" now has NO payment methods listed. The app USED TO make it quick and convenient to pay my premiums. Not any more!
