I tried to access my insurance card and opened the app. It didn't go past the erie insurance screen. Updated the app, as of 3 days ago and still it won't go past this screen. I've tried to open it daily. I've even completed a force stop thinking that would help. But no luck! My husband is having the same issue. I rarely use this app, but when I do truly need it, it NEVER works! This is super frustrating. I've read replies from similar complaints, saying the issue has been resolved, but isn't.

Feedback 8/22/2023 - The app crashing issues are resolved from what I can tell! The only issue currently is that we are unable to set up autopay via the app. I am very forgetful and easily can miss an email and this has resulted in cancelled policy once that required a call to resolve. Autopay should be found easily and policy holders should be invited to set up autopay when making a payment.

8/14/2022 Since my last review things have improved tremendously. It's been much easier to run through the app without errors. 6/5/2021 It was mentioned that there's an update... 🤔 Unexpected error message and that's IF you're able to log on at all. I rebooted my phone a couple of times. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. Please do a through ✅ and get rid of the kink(s). I would love to have an app to use on my Note 20. Thank you
