This will prepare you for your travels - automatically in real time:

- Alerts with alert function, e.g. in case of delays, fire, extreme weather conditions, unrest or terror attacks in country of destination (via Direct Push Notification or SMS)

- Safety and travel advice with local emergency numbers. The emergency centre is always a call away.

- Hospitals, pharmacies, consulates or police in your area incl. directions. Benefits for you: Reliable, trusted medical facilities are labelled for you. For insurance holders of ERGO Reiseversicherung, treatment costs are paid for in partner hospitals - without advance payments!

- Document safe for all your documents, such as e.g. your passport, travel documents, vaccination pass or insurance documents

- And much, much more such as, e.g. translator for medications, or currency calculator

Bad ui, bad app performance. Can't add my insurance as I am not receiving sms code to validate my number

Incredibly clunky, very very little doable from within the app (e.g. any account data changes take to website, which doesn't always work on mobile), returns to start page if you leave the app for any reason- such as to check travel details in calendar... Seems the only purpose is to have contract and company contact details in one place, but even that isn't well programmed.

1) Requires far too many permissions even to use the basic functionality (location, storage, make calls) 2) The UI is really tough to use, and when I select English I get a mixture of English and German menus and pop-ups 3) Most useful features just redirect you to the website
