Ratings and reviews

Though the stores of Esajee's are good, however the App and its management are quite substandard. The order confirmation was instant, however there was no update thereafter. I had to follow on WhatsApp on day after. They excused to deliver one article and said that the price on listing was mistakenly incorrect. One of the ordered articles was fake product, despite it was mentioned as original in listing. I wondered how such a primier store would sell counterfeit product by declaring it original.

I don't want to give it a star! I could write long proses of bitter criticism and that could really be- little you but using the element of constructive criticism I motivate you to modify the app to the level of your service! It's lockdown and we need groceries! Do a service to humanity and make it worthy of use. Thank you for your co-operation.

Need major improvements. No description of the products written. And the app is always buffering/synching/ loading and nothing comes up on search option. My experience so far was worse. deleting the app immediately.
