Bought it during the latest Black Friday sale, but accidentally made a typo in my email. Contacted the support twice, no response for a month. If this is not a scheme for not-so-careful people such as myself, I don't know what is. UPD. The issue was resolved. However, it makes me really upset that it required a public review, which means I had to walk that extra mile to download the app in order to be able to write this review, so that my little frustration could be noticed.

Unusable. Error 0x20515003 any time I try to even begin entering the app, I get to the point were it's log in, buy or go for free, then it scans, fails, 0x20515003's and then nothing can be done. I'll change my rating if it gets fixed. Update: Attempted what was said below, couldn't contact support. As their AI broke or something, unable to even speak to support... Very unhappy that I cant even use the app without paying.

Used Eset on my computer since sometime in 2003. Then there was a bug that shut down both Norton and Zone Alarm Pro. Symantic then was not updating every day. An ad in PC world caught my eye which stated Eset Nod32 had never missed a virus in the wild. Since then I have had no infections on any of my machines. BEST for Windows best for Android! For those who are interested "Eset" is the name "Isis" in the language of ancient Egypt the latter name the Greek version.
