Back in the old days (mid-to-late 1990's and early naughts), I felt confident that my anti-virus was scanning and protecting every nook & cranny of my albatross of a PC (with its small fraction of processing power and storage space of today's smartphones). These days, I think I have a slightly better sense of how insecure we all always are. ESET isn't enough by itself, but its free scanner is useful as one defense in a larger arsenal. Just don't get cocky. You're never completely safe.

Hello, thank you for your feedback :)

Scott D.
Great peace of mind with a small footprint. I've been using ESET Nod32 on my desktop computer for years, so I was excited to add it to my handheld devices too. I would give a 5-star rating if customer support were a bit better. The ESET team could be more responsive and knowledgeable than it currently is.

Hello, thank you very much for your review and feedback :)

A Google user
I was satisfied with how the application performed, there were no issues. Unfortunately, Google has updated their dev policy and has disabled the use of text based commands, which allowed a user to locate, and control the device remotely. The text based command feature has saved me multiple times, and I am a firm believer in it. Simply disappointed with the current changes. Once full functionality is enabled once again, this app is easily 5 stars, and I have reccomended ESET to many friends.

Hello, due to new Google restrictions policy, we had to disable this feature on Google Play version. Please contact us on play@eset.com, so we can check if there is any option how to solve the issue. Thank you!
