I love this company! finally ordered a couple of shirts that are perfect. I even love the presentation when they mail the finished products to you. I would love to see a Search function so I can see all the available colors for one dress style at once, or even better when customizing the ability to choose color or print where available. when choosing neckline, sleeve etc options wish it would tell me what the "current selection" actually is because I've either already forgotten what the picture shows or I just don't know what it's called. would also love to be able to generate a mock up pic using the customized selections to have a better idea of the finished product.
Love the company, the clothing- I've ordered 5 dresses and a winter coat, and its all been fabulous. App works as well as the site, and it actually SHOWS the Jackets section as opposed to the desktop version. 9/2016 I now have 7 dresses ans one long coat from them, and the deals are great for me. I use the fully custom option and everything is tailored perfectly. I never have received as many compliments as I do in their clothing. I'm a size 20 chest, but 24 hip- standard sizing any place sucks, so their option to customize is a greatly feature! And I don't have to go in for alterations (which have always been subpar in my experience). 2/2017
I'll admit I was initially worried about ordering a dress I've never tried on, but with the sale they were having, I figured I would try it out. I had mine customized to my measurements. It just arrived today (after a few weeks as expected) and I am floored how well made it is, and it fits like a glove! Quality fabric and better than I pictured it. I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to friends.
Would be nice to see prices in our local currency, the only way to see what I've actually paid is to log in to my PayPal/credit card account AFTER it has cleared.. That's assuming you can even get as far as entering payment details (took half a dozen attempts. Hesitation at checkout is the main cause of loss in sales
Seamless App (pun intended) I love how easy it is to navigate the app. I even received a reminder via email when I was interrupted before completing my purchase. Good to know that my custom order was being saved, so I didn't have to re-enter the measurements.
I used to love eShakti. They had amazing sales like buy one get one free and I could apply my 20 dollar gift coupon to anything, including clearance items. Shipping and customisation can get expensive so I loved their sales but now they don't allow you to apply coupons to clearance items. I'm a bargain shopper in everything that I buy, so I used to order from them regularly but I haven't shopped with them in about a year. The deals just aren't the same as they used to be.
