Never works in stores. NEVER. This is the only loyalty programme for which I still have to carry the physical card with me. For some reason, the stores in Germany never have cell signals (using blockers?), and their WiFi srems to be super slow. At any rate, you'll be lucky if the app gets past the starting page. [Update: the app has stopped working overall, it just freezes while opening]

Dear Bettina L., To rebuild the functionality of the app, please delete the corresponding saved app data in the detail window of the Esprit app. Afterwards, our app can be used as intended. Your Esprit team

Gives an error when opening the app. Totally unusable. Reinstalling yields exactly the same error. Ordered via the website, which is full of bugs too (my order was sent to the wrong address, an address that is not even in my address book any more... 🤦). Better order in the shop if you can! Useless.

App is laggy + buggy. it takes forever to start up and it does not remember user. Have to login every time - tedious especially when it takes at least 5 mins to start up. It takes a min 12 mins to load orders page and it does not show correctly even after loading for so long. I'd rather use their website then stressing over using this poorly thought out app. I'd rate UI/UX 1 out of 5. For such an established brand, it's unacceptable.
