This app is a travesty. On note 10+, sign up and sign in both fail with a warning and no information given. There is no way in to the app. Also, why make an app that is largely going to be used by seniors only available to those running the most recent versions of android? Total joke.

Apparently the Nov 14 update only works on the Google Pixel? Second APP on my phone where an update this fall that apparently breaks operation on non Google phones.

Useless!!! despite the settings being in English it has changed to Italian and there is absolutely NO support. Will be returning the glasses tomorrow update I checked that at the time and it's still in Italian but the English (UK) box is checked!!!! extremely frustrating
