About this app

ESTLEX Õigusleksikon a good assistant that allows you to quickly and easily find out more frequently encountered in the definition of legal concepts (Act status). Suitable for both experienced lawyers as other interested persons the right.

Definitions are picked, the full texts of laws as of 03.31.2016.

Each concept is accompanied by its English definition, English translation and the definition of the reference source Act section precision. Translations of source is the National Journal.

The concept of the right to search must type a word or part of a word. You can search for both Estonian and English definitions. The list of suitable selection of the term can be read with this definition and to see a reference to the source, that is to say what the law is the section in which this concept is defined. Reference source consists nimelühendist Act and section number. If the clause contains a superscript number, it will be allocated points. (For example, TsÜS § 66.1 - General Principles of the Civil Code Act, subsection 66 superscript 1). To some, the concept can also be included in a provision of law contained in the qualifiers. In English, the concept of law allikaviiteks English title.

The definition is the same as it is in the law. The only difference is the words "this Act" in the interests of clarity replaced by the Act nimelühendiga (English language does not contain a definition of substitutions).
