I've used this app for years. . Tried most others, but always come back to this one. New functions are constantly being added, and done well. This is probably the only file explorer that will handle most duties that others can't handle. Looking forward to this continuing evolving software and what they have to offer as my phones' technology evolves increasingly. Nice work developers
Issue in music playback & Share option missong Music stops a few seconds before the actual song ends while screen is off. When screen in on,there is no issue. The same file works flawlessly in another media player. Kindly fix this in next update. Share Option is missing in Recent Files on Home Screen of ES File Explorer
Used on: G1, Sony arc, N7, N5, Neo X7 & S5 Neo. Thnx for your honest reply and good work. This still is the best for years by far! (I'm gonna buy to try) Who knows I need to compare others because of way to many functions and add's in your "File" Explorer. We need a simple and fast (intranet)browser only/also. Is it an idee to create a simple style-able browser?
Continuous improvement As a retired IT manager I know a few things about computer technology. This is a wonderful app. It is my Go To app for all things related to file management and system maintenance and has been for years.. The support team sends frequent updates that are more like upgrades, adding useful function.
The file manager with features you didn't know you needed. This app has everything you need and a lot more on top of that. It works flawlessly and will help you optimize space on your phone by finding duplicate files, junk, forgotten stuff, etc. Yes, it has gotten a little less lightweight in the last few updates, but that shouldn't bother 95% of users, and some of the newer interface changes make it look friendlier to newbies.
Fantastic! Excellent. Has an editor for system files. Used it to restore the physical volume controls after rooting my Cruz. I really like the new interface in version 3.0. It took a few minutes to get used to it, but it really is much better than the old interface. Among other things I like the tree structure on the left hand side. I use it both on my 8 inch Lenovo A8, Android 4.2, and on my Samsung S5, Android 6.
