Good for phone. Should optimize it for Sony Android TVs also. Its a pain to use the app on TV, specially folder browsing. But the best app for Android phones.
Constant updates disable network! App is very good but the constant updates always break the lan connection. In fact when I can't connect my phone to my network I always know the app has an update. This always fixes the issue. Devs stop breaking the app just to make me update. Ps have had three phones since using app and consistent throughout. Update 05/02/16 so the lan connection went down again today - guess what? There was an update for the app on play store. Please stop breaking the app to force an update!!!
I understand the pressure to monetize the app... ...but it's becoming increasingly spammy with excessive notifications and nags. It's still great as a file manager, but I'm getting tempted to switch to an alternative app. ES, please get rid of some of the added junk—nagging users in an attempt to drive sales of the Pro edition will only drive them away towards other apps. Focus on delivering a great user experience, not merely on maximizing sales and revenue.
Again guys... R u serious?? Now am not able to install backed up apps!! The only mistake I did was to update the app as you provided... I will never ever update this... It used to be the best file manager which you guys destroyed with updates... I should have stayed in old version!!
Was my favourite file manager. I've been using this app daily since 2011 and now I can't stand it. Sure it kept all its most useful features, but added so many more useless and annoying one that it's now frustrating to use.
Too much ES used to be great when did what I downloaded it for, a file explorer. Now they are hijacking every aspect of you file system and apps. Off to find something different, I recommend others do too.
