የአስተዳደር ህግ መግቢያ

የአስተዳደር ህግ ባለሙያዎች የአስተዳደር ህግን አስፈላጊነት ሲያስረግጡ “የአስተዳደር ህግ ባይኖር ኖሮ ልንፈጥረው ይገባ ነበር፡፡” ሲሉ ተደምጠዋል:: የአስተዳደር ፍትሕ ጥማት የሁሉም ዜጋ ችግር እንደመሆኑ በተለይ በኛ አገር የአባባሉ ትክክለኛት ከተገቢ ጥራጣሬ በላይ ነው፡፡ ህንዳዊው የአስተዳደር ህግ ታዋቂ ምሁርና ዳኛ የሆኑት ባክሲ በአንጽኦት እንደገለጹት “የአንድን አገር የአስተዳደር ህግ ማወቅ የዛችን አገር አጠቃላይ የህግ ስርዓት ማወቅ ነው፡፡”
