Recently, the Cashback policy became very cheap, you cannot withdraw the Cashback if under a certain amount, and the amount has a very short expiration date which makes me need to spend a high amount of money within a short period of time to get a 1%! I will keep using it as a safe choice for online shopping keeping inside a limited amount. Thank you,

Not recommended When I was depositing my money it stuck in their machine & the amount didn’t deposit in my account. I complained to them several times but still they didn’t give my money back. Whenever I talk to their customer support they keep saying they are investigating. My complaint number- 66416854 Now almost 42 days, still my issue didn’t resolve

After changing my device. It's asking for Face Verification but that doesn't get match because its matching with photo in my Emirates ID, which is 2 years old. If you initiate a transfer and system might ask you for additional information like their fathers and grand fathers name. Their address everything and if you dont provide it. They will confiscate your money. It wont return to your account and person wont receive them.
