what's wrong with you people? is this a scam app? It says if you transfer on a mobile wallet it is instant but until now my recipient is not receiving money .i tried to ask help from your virtual assistant but it kept saying the same thing and i tried to call the customer service hotline and i was on hold for 15 mins . dont use this app

worst customer service ever. I have been calling their customer service for a month. have raised 4 tickets. they send me an sms that the problem have been resolved while still it is pending. then they keep raising new tickets. such a horrible experience.
