Ratings and reviews

It's very frustrating to get verified. It doesn't tell you everything you need to do from the get go, you get emails later on with more steps, and then you keep getting emails telling you that you still need to do things you've already done. I assume once you can actually use it it's fabulous. But from what l've seen, the graphs are far less user friendly and intuitive than say Coinbase graphs, more "professional trader" like though, if you're experienced and into that.

Bad bad bad, no customer service. Everything by email. So if there is a problem they might get back to you. I started my account, funded with a small amount, glad I did. Soon as I funded the account I haven't been able to get on my account since, still no reply from customer service. The fact that I got to get on a social media page and only response I ever gotten is from this review. TRASH.
